What makes this different from an AI workshop?

A single workshop ends when the slides do. The AI Capability Engine is an embedded program — four audience-specific tracks, a fixed measurement cadence, and outcomes tied to real business KPIs. You don't govern a CoE; we run it for you.

Who should be part of the program — technical or business teams?

Both, separately. AI for Leaders, AI for Managers, AI for Teams, and AI for Technical Teams each address the specific capability gap for that audience. A single program trying to serve everyone serves no one well.

How do you measure whether it worked?

Against a three-tier outcome stack: adoption metrics in months 0–3, behavioural metrics in months 3–6, and business metrics in months 6–18. We report against all three on a fixed cadence, not just at the end of a cohort.

Do we need to build an internal AI team first?
